Beccy Lapham

Manager, Designated Safeguarding Lead & Health and Safety Lead

Beccy has over 20 years of childcare experience and holds NNEB and Paediatric First Aid qualifications.

She joined Jiminy Crickets in 2014, after working as both a private nanny and in nursery settings.

Both her children attended Jiminy Crickets, giving her a real appreciation of the caring, community feel that makes the pre-school so special.

Kelly Lambden

Kelly has worked with children aged 0–5 for more than 30 years in day nurseries and pre-schools, and joined us in 2016.

She loves supporting children as they grow in confidence and independence, and as a mum to a daughter and twin boys, she knows that every day brings something new to learn!

Lynsey Baker

Lynsey is NVQ3 qualified with over 20 years of experience working with children and joined in 2017.

As a mum of five (who all attended Jiminy’s), she brings boundless energy and understanding to her role.

She loves being part of such a close-knit team where every child’s progress is celebrated.

Julia Walsh

Specialist 1-1 and Healthy Eating Lead

Julia joined the friendly Jiminy Crickets team in 2017 after more than 11 years working in Reception and Year 1.

With three grown-up daughters and six grandchildren, she brings warmth, humour and a deep understanding of early development to everything she does.

Holly Bellamy

Qualified teacher, SENCo and Curriculum Lead

Holly qualified as a Primary School Teacher in 2014, specialising in Early Years.

After teaching Reception, she joined Jiminy Crickets in 2020.

As a mum of three, she’s passionate about helping children discover their potential through play, creativity and curiosity.

Bec Baker

Health & Safety Officer

Bec has been working in childcare for 14 years, caring for children aged 0–5 across two nurseries before joining Jiminy Crickets in 2020.

As a mum of two girls (both of whom attended the pre-school), she loves watching each child grow in confidence and character.
